The Gate

2nd - 4th Grade

"Ready to Enter Worship . . . "

By the time a child enters "The Gate," they are now ready to learn about worshipping God in a community of faith. This stage begins with a 9-month class called "Worship Readiness" which teaches a child about United Methodist beliefs and sacraments. The rest of the time in "The Gate" is dedicated to putting worship into practice and integrating children into our large corporate worship, so by the time they enter middle school, they will already be committed to worship and connected to our church body.
