Our Mission:
Our host team is engaged in service in order to help lead us as we Grow into Fully Devoted Followers of Jesus Christ by welcoming, informing and caring for our guests and friend.
We extend welcome to each person walking in to Brookside be it a newcomer, a regular attendee, an invited guest, neighbor, relative, or co-worker.

Where We Meet
Traditional service team members meet and will find their name badges in the sacristy{found when entering the Sanctuary from the south doors immediately on the left}. Our Contemporary team meets in the Usher room found in the back of the Wesley Center just beyond the Tech Booth Stairwell.
Visibility
Hosts wear name badges in order to be visible to extend help.
Scheduling
Typically everyone serves 1x a month.
Camaraderie
We have 4 host teams that consistently serve together. This includes the greeters, volunteer check-in, information hosts, ushers, and parking lot team…and serve the whole morning as one team. This provides greater continuity, a team serving experience and consistency throughout the morning.
Training
1x a year…we will have an all host training event.
