HospitalCare Ministry

 

This ministry cares for the needs of the church families during and immediately following an admission or discharge from the hospital.  We want to be there to comfort or help them in any way we can. We serve patients and their families who are admitted to South Lake Hospital. As our ministry grows we would like to also visit our friends in the local nursing homes and help in other areas of need.

 

Our schedule rotates every week from Monday to Sunday. You may visit as many times as you wish. There is no required number of visits. We also offer gift bears and "We Care" cards to leave for our friends who may be sleeping or just not feeling up to visitors.
